Portable Air Ionizer
Need an air ionizer that you can bring with you all the time? Well, you have to consider a number of things
before you can consider an air ionizer that is 'portable'.
First, consider the following questions:
Are you looking to clean the air when you are driving?
Do you drive a lot? I know that taxi drivers and truck drivers often face with bad air conditions. Having a
portable air ionizer would be great for them.
However, since they stay in their vehicle most of the time, why not get a car ionizer? It does not run on
batteries but car power. Most car ionizer are powerful enough to clean the entire car compartment so why not invest
in one?
I recommend the following car ionizers:
Ionic Pro CAC1 Car Ionizer
Car Air Ionizer/Purifier
Ion-Care IC2121 Car UV-C Photocataly...
Are you working in an environment that is often polluted?
If you are working in a place where air is often polluted, you ought to invest in a good portable air ionizer.
However, if the place is often polluted, you shouldn't buy it: You should tell your company to think for their
employees and get a good industrial air ionizer.
Of course, it's up to the company and I think that if they see more medical leave due to working place, it is
wise for them, in the long run, to do invest in a good one.
However, if you have to work in a place that does not even invest in one ionizer, I recommend that you get a
small ionizer at your working area, or at least a portable, slinging air ionizer.
Do you have asthma or allergy?
A person with asthma or allergy (eg. fur, dust, etc) should always carry an air ionizer with them. There are
many air ionizer that enables you to sling over your neck as you move. I know it's a bit odd to have a device
slinging over your neck and you may want to consider an ionizer that clips to your waist.
Note that if it clips to your waist, it may not be effective because it is 'far away' from your nose. It's
really a trial and error for you.
In addition, I would recommend that you have a powerful air ionizer at home and one ionizer at your office
desk.
Are you looking to have an air ionizer for 'just in case' purposes?
Sometime, you just want to have an air ionizer that you can bring along, without the need to carry power cables
or batteries.
How about a USB-powered air ionizer? Interesting right?

This ionizer is powered by USB and so you can always plug it into your computer to enjoy clean
air. This ionizer claims to emit negative ions and will remove toxic substances including dust particles, odors and
molds,etc.
Of course, don't expect too much from this small stuff, but it should be good enough for you if
you are healthy and just wanted something to clear the air. If you a person with asthma or allergy, I would not
think that this is enough for you, but it is a product that can complement other air ionizers.
And it's pretty cheap: Just less than $10!
